We are rapidly gaining a huge reputation within Yeovil and surrounding areas for serving excellent quality, traditional, home-cooked local food. Our meat supplies are currently from a small independent butcher just down the road in Wincanton. We do not use any meat in our kitchen that has been imported from abroad, it is all local / British and our eggs are all free ranges.

Our fruit and vegetables are sourced from a here in Yeovil and bread for our home made sandwiches also comes from a local Yeovil baker and is freshly cut to order. Our kitchen serves food Monday to Saturday from mid-day until 10pm and from mid-day until 5pm on a Sundays. In the Spring and Summer we will be opening our kitchen on a Sunday evening but our Bar Snack Menu is always available from 12 noon until 6pm.

We advise calling to book a table although this is not always necessary.





The popular Sunday Carveries have now returned to the Pen Mill Hotel and our chefs will hand carve you a choice of three local meats: Beef; Turkey; Pork or Dressed Gammon Joint and you can choose slices of only one or a selection of all meats. Then you may help yourself to our delicious New and Roast Potatoes, six fresh veg, homemade puffy Yorkshire Puddings and tasty chef gravy and stuffing.

All food is prepared in our kitchens by our chefs and all food is sourced from local suppliers.
